Cancellation Policy:

A 75% refund of payment will be given for cancellations received in writing 30 to 15 calendar days prior to the workshop or forum date, and a 50% refund will be given for cancellations received in writing 14 to 8 calendar days prior to the workshop or forum date. We will not accept cancellations 7 calendar days prior to the workshop or forum, however substitutions are permitted and encouraged.
